This was from Wednesday last week. It was tough but I ended up catching limit. Other folks out there got maybe 3-8 max. Haven't been out there since but I'm moving on to Bluegills and Catfish as soon as the rain clears. It's a jungle right now with everything biting. Never seen this many fish active at once so the weather must be changing things.

Thanks for the reports and pics. Almost started to go up to the Ville then I thought about the high launch fees and decided not to. Rather spend less on extra fuel and go to Truman.

Lost an 8+ pound Catfish tonight when my leader snapped. Was a little depressing but I ended up going home with two nice dinner pieces. Catfish are coming in and feeding on the banks along with Bluegills.

Picked up a limit of Bluegills for the Grandparents. Not as fun as Crappie, but its the only action you'll find right now. Very disappointed I didn't leave with any Catfish. Most likely will come back in the Fall for some Crappie before winter.

thats a fine looking mess of gills! some very good eating!

Caught a 5lb Catfish and a 9" Bluegill. Almost hit my Bluegill limit today.
