Thread: Weekend at Priest

We had another really fun weekend on the water with the new setup. We started where we found them last week out in deep water, but quickly lost interest in losing rig after rig, so we scanned some shallower water just outside a creek channel and found them in 12-14 ft ON THE BOTTOM. And I do mean on the bottom. Ended up catching 20+ fish with only a couple short fish. My son caught this piglet all by himself. She's a TARP girl.

Couple notes.....The fished loved the Garlic Slab Sauce on the minners. A HUGE gar tried to roll on this fish right at the boat. We both thought we'd been had by a gator. (no gators here in TN...haha)

Nice catch! At least someone caught fish on priest!
