Congratulations to everyone. There was a nice flathead cat weighed but I don't know which team had it. If you got a picture of your catch post it for everyone to see.

Ofishlbizness, thank you for hosting his event! Thank you ladies and gentlemen who were the back bones and cooks and for providing us a great get together. Thanks for the donations of food and money! Special thanks to Mr. Monk Currence for blast off prayer. I must say that for you people that missed this event missed some dang good food and deserts and the Hot dogs and Hamburgers were cooked to perfection TKS CK. We had some dang good chili and what I call 10 bean salad, pasta salad, banana pudding, persimmon pudding and Key Lime pie and cookies. WOW! Everything was delicious!!!!

Glad everyone was safe and hope all had a good time and trip home. Fishing was slow for some and hot for others. Muddy water was coming into the area with some trash that was not easy to pull jigs in, so most everyone that went up river soon left for clearer water down river. Kids had a good time and lots of smiles and at weigh in time we had a lot of laughs and giggles watching the kids being real champions with their prize catches. Big, small it didn't matter it got weighed in.
Thanks everyone and a big standing applause for Brett who finally showed up to participate and be seen with this crowd!

Jethro, we will be planning a nightstalk soon so keep yours ears open for that. We'll let the crappies settle down from spawning and rest some and then we'll get after them again. We will be doing perch jerks during the summer months so watch for that too!. But don't wait on us! You go anytime you want and holler out when you do. You never know who will be ready to join you!

That was a tough job trying to feed that bunch. Taking a well deserved break. Thank you for cooking it was delicious.
