Anybody catching the crappie on Coffeen yet? I've been beating the banks and ledges with jigs for three weeks there now and gotta believe I have completely forgotten how to fish for crappie altogether. Managed a few limits but not many big ones.

Yeah I’ve been the last 4 weeks or so and manage to catch fish but it’s a slow 10-16 fish. But always catch some pretty nice ones. I wouldn’t say the bite is on fire by anymeans.

Nice, I managed a few this weekend but its very off then on with the bite. Im still catching them at 10 ft of water. They gotta spawn soon
