This was the first time this year I have seen lots of fish and bait In Big A Little A Torrence and Beaver Dam in long stretches not just pockets. I think the fish are making their move heading up creeks. All fish caught today still had eggs Even the perch and the perch spawn before the crappie I have been told. Also the perch had little to no shad in gut which tells me they should be going on a feeding frenzy soon. I will be out the next two days.

Great job checking out the lake. Glad you and your grandson caught some fish. I really hope everyone this weekend do well on catching crappies. Yeah, that one crappie would win big fish and you already have the trophy to fit the size slot!

Do y'all think the whole lake will be muddy by sat?

Not sure by Saturday but right now lower creeks are holding nicely.

I drove over a few shallow water bridges and it running hard and very dirty so it’s coming down
