    My dad told me just yesterday he was getting ready to get a tube of crickets and try some of our redear and bluegill holes at White Oak Lake. Late April/ Early May can be really good to you there. A big platter of bluegill fillets would be a good supper!

    Don’t need crickets get trout magnets under a bobber!!! They work I promise

    Nice, I am rebuilding a bamboo fly rod for this spring- can't wait. We have been catching some with 1" curly tails.

    How do you keep the trout magnets from falling apart after 2-3 fish or a few misses superglue?

    The solid bodies, for me anyway, seem to stay on the hook better than any tube style plastic.
