No kidding, we cleaned fish for two hours every day. That is just ono of the 3 coolers we had each day.
I think we have decided to have Juan clean them for us in the future. 35¢/fish is starting to sound like a bargain.

Ray ; my son , myself and another friend went back last end of may. we quit using crickets and started using raisins. they stayed on the hook better and caught just as many oscars. good thing is that they did not attract the little bream. lots of fun but long trip.

Sounds like another GREAT trip. The only bad thing is that loooooooooooong ride home. That would take me two days to get back home.

My Oregon buddy that just moved to Southport always said Destin was his favourite beach. He loved the fishing there. Sounds nice, we only spent a few days there when we were full time RVers.

Looks like a great trip. There is nothing better than a road trip to some far off place fishing with buddies. We go to the Everglades a couple of times a year but on the saltwater side out of Homestead targeting tarpon and snook. I've never fished any of the freshwater areas there, but they sure look good. I assume you are fishing more on the Northern end of the park in the canals closer to Alligator Alley? Getting in there and throwing beetle spins for a mixed bag sounds like a ton of fun.
