    Hey guys new here and just kinda wondering about where everyone was from in the state. Just asking to possibly expand my horizons. Ain't got but 1 or maybe 2 people I ever fish with, and only got my kayak at the moment to fish from.

    But anyway I'm in Linton. South of Terre haute. Northwest of Bloomington. North of Evansville. Southwest of indy.

    Well hello from Louisville! My Mother grew up in Switz city graduated Oden High many many moons ago. Had an Uncle that lived in Linton and another in Viennese. Had an aunt in Harrodsburg. They;re all gone now, I'm 75, but I do have a few cousins in Bloomington

    Finiman where do you normally fish? I graduated just across the river in Carmi, IL. Miss fishing the white for stripper!

    I fish bluegrass here in Evansville and Ky and Barkley a lot! I fish the Ohio river a ton for catfish and Sauger in the winter

    I grew up north of Linton. Cut my teeth fishing the pits in Greene County. Have lived in Martin County for years. Fish West Boggs, Dogwood, the White, some Illinois lakes and plan to get back to some pits around Linton.

    @ finiman..right on. I never got over the river much to fish back then...was too busy chasing other things st the time haha.

    @whaler...just north as in what? Midland? Jasonville? Coalmont? I live smack dab in the middle of Hillenbrand fwa.

    mostly Taylorsville in KY. Used to fish Patoka, but my Buddy in Marengo died and since then I've only been up there 1 time.

    Live in Vincennes fish Dogwood Green Sullivan and Merom in Indiana. East fork Newton and Lincoln trail in Illinois

    I live on the southeast side of Indy. Finally totally retired in November, gives me more time to fish (and Turkey hunt but not this year). I fish mainly at Eagle Creek and Cataract. But go to Chinook, Blue Grass and a few small lakes south of Columbus. Hoping to give Summit a try some weekend. Will be going to Patoka for a couple days next month and Dale Hollow in June.
