Glad you were able to get out and catch a few

Back out yesterday late morning. Tried long lining in Big Allison, Beaverdam & Torrence with very little to show. Water temperature was 58 to 60. Mostly, I was about in the middle sections of these creeks where we have been catching crappies & perch. Did not mark much of anything except in Big Allison. However, did not catch much here. Most of the fish came on gold hooks with minnows down on the bottom in 25'.
Wind was not a problem today but finding fish was.
I ended up with 5 crappies, 1 cat & about 20 perch.
Glad you were able to get out and catch a few
Sounds like there's two ways they coulda moved.....deeper or shallower. Regardless, you caught some and was able to go. Congrats.![]()
Yep seems to be tough lately, glad you caught the five.
Keep after em Mr. Charles. Just don't let that brettw guy see where you fishing or he will move right in on your spots.

I'm not telling any secrets! But I did find some in the shallow side of the freezer.
Seems times are difficult with this crazy weather. Hope to find some tomorrow if I can go.

Uncle Remus and I were out there too. We had the same results. We marked very few fish. We ended up with 2 crappie and 2 keeper perch. Nice visiting with you out on the water Mr. Charles.
