If he was even close to a great coach he would have about 4 championships by now. If you look at the teams he has had with Kentucky,he should have at least 2 with them. Great snake oil salesman, average coach. Actually I’m surprised that a program like KY has dealt with his misfortune this long.

There's no one else.
Kentucky is a prestigious program.
Sean Miller could have fit the bill but he's got some splaining to do in Arizona.
None of the up and coming coaches could cut.
Shaka Smart should have never gone to Texas and Gonzagas coach ain't leaving.
Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina, and Kansas are the top jobs and they won't just take anybody.
