    Default No luck Duck

    After Race Interview:

Announcers: Hey Just Steve what happened?

Just Steve: Well Bob, the Haulin Ash Alumacraft Dominator was running real good all race right up to the end, I got to give the boys in my pit crew Crappie.com credit, they had everything tuned up and running good, that extra SLABSAUCE in the lower unit made the prop spin at an incredible steady pace all race......we had been trailing that Ready2Race Warrior all day and I thought we’d overtake him on that last lap, but things just didn’t go our way today.....we’ll be ready for next weeks run.

Announcer: It looked like you hit something that put you out, any idea what it might have been?

Just Steve: We are going to review the footage to be positive, but from the cockpit of the Alumacraft Dominator, it appeared to be a bottle of SPF 825 came out of the back of that Crestliner Oneida Eagle Boat, he was in the back of the pack all race and my suspicion is Ginger jettisoned extra weight as a last ditch effort to pick up some time and we ran right over it. I think race officials will also look at the tape and fine the OE Ginger team when they see it was obviously a larger bottle than what is allowed.

Announcer: Thanks for your time, good luck at the Saginaw Bay 200 next week.

Probably looked like a WW2 tape where they drop 55 gal drum depth charges. How much SPF is too much? Only OE knows for sure.
