Thread: Monroe

I went to Monroe lake Sunday. It was high(probably 10'?) and muddy. It was my first time going there. I caught a couple of dozen crappie, but they were all small. I also caught a half a dozen strippers, I was long lining so that was some fun fights. The wind was rough all day it was white capping in the bigger areas that weren't sheltered, felt like I was in the ocean for a while. The fish were hanging in 12'-15' of water, and the water temp was 47-48 deg.

It will get better, if we can ever get something stable be it one way or the other. Good to see guys getting out.
