Good luck with the new digs. Haven't been in mine a year yet so I know the excitement and the process both before and after the sale all too well. It's hard to sit on your hands until you hear a yes or no on the offer. We're all pullin for ya, and a few prayers besides.

Yeah I got a few already but I hate to count chickens before the hatch ....found some mighty fine flint work on the hill beside the stock tank , I suppose the local used to be Indians knew what I know about that spot as well
