    It's backed up that's for sure most honor boxes for the ramps are bagged shut and taped up. If I had to guess the only ramp they want folks using is Hernando Point. I rode by Kelly's, Bayou, Dub and Pleasant Hill yesterday, the first three the boxes are closed off and pleasant hill had the sign on 304 saying ramp closed. Water was almost up over the rode by the 3rd ditch on Butla road just west of Coldwater. Folks were tight-lining for cats in the fields again on Horn Lake Road north of 304, think Fogg is closed but bet they are there also..
