Nope. No crappie tournaments for me. Now if it was a striper tournament on the other hand I’d be in. I was just looking to get out and try to catch a few crappie. Something different. I was out last weekend and caught some long lining, just thought about heading south this trip though if the water wasnt gonna be to muddy.

Come on down there are plenty of places to go without the tournament guys in them. They usually all in one area until they find out know one is doing any good and them move.

It was a tough day for sure. I think the weather man missed the wind forecast by a little. Started out in Crowders and caught a few then moved down to Big A with not much luck. Water was stained and 55-56 degrees. Just wasn’t my day.
