Hey Coach, it' been a year and I've slept since then, but my best recollection is $180, but it might have been $200. Sorry, I just can't pinpoint it. Just give Gene Johnson a call. He's an easy guy to deal with.

I use PVC to build the rack and screw in broom holder clamps for holding the rod handles and rubber rod clamps to hold the rods.Total price including PVC cement will run you less than $25. Of course a hacksaw is necessary.
