Very nice Bob. I have made crappie tacos but cut fillets into strips and fry them.

2016 Lowe st 175 merc 60 4 stroke, helix 9 si / helix 9, terrova us2 with link, drift master rod holders . I fish because the voices in my tackle box tell me to, and who am i to argue
So here's how I fixed em up. I used a regular fajita flat iron skillet. First I did the onions and glazed/quick fried them with a little peanut oil. Then I removed the onions and left a little bit of the oil on the skillet. Then, I just fried fish fillets with salt and pepper until done on the skillet for my wife. (She likes her fish pretty plain) Then, I blackened by fillets on the same skillet. Add fixins to your liking and enjoy!!! When I blacken fish, I coat in clarified butter before putting the spice on them, then fry as hot as you can get your skillet. I did theses on the side burner of the BBQ Grill so they don't smell up the house. Hope that helps, enjoy!!
