Crappiejim in my my first comment on pulling out the back I was referring to anything u can pull out the back. They covered a lot of water and caught fish. Some of the guys were pulling crank baits. Most of them pulled jigs. The wind got up too much for the teams trying to sit on fish.

    Default Eagle tourney

Third place spider rigged deep. 15 and change. We caught our fish deep (15-17 feet down). Only had 14.29 for 14th. Eagle tourney

Thx to Ducker my new partner. We had a blast and caught some good fish pre fishing. We used his 22 foot Ranger in those 30 mph gusts. 76” drift socks and power pole paddles kept us at .3-.7 tho. Just didn’t get enough bites on tourney day. The better fish we caught hit it going faster. .4-.6.

Thanks for the info fellows. I’m going this weekend and hope to find a few. Thought they might not be deep so that will change my starting point
