Might want to get some rod covers to put them in, then ... especially if you intend to leave the rigging on the lines. I use the old style BPS & Cabela's rod covers, rather than the plastic weave style (which are made to fit a single blank rod and not a grouping of rod sections). Something like a Falcon Rod Sock would work fine, and they're not that expensive : Falcon Rod Sock
I carry mine to the lake and back, in the rod locker & in their jacket covers ... so there's no tangles with each other or any of the other 6-8 rods that may also be in there (most of which are also in various types of socks/covers).![]()

I think Lake Fork Lures has some sox that you can put more than one rod in at a time
