Only been in the river there once. But drove over that bridge thousands of times. Lived in the cane fields of Port Allen and worked in the Exxon plant. Always amazed at the loads going through there this time of year and conditions.

You certainly know that stretch of the river. Both Thomas and Wilkins point will be a hard set I imagine. From Devils Swamp down to the bridge will need a great degree of focus. I’m banking on wrapping Wilkins Point up tight staying hard over to port and trying to shoot the Port Allen span of the bridge in the little bit of slack water left under the point. If the eddy hasn’t formed there. Otherwise its hard astern flanking the bend and hopefully an assist boat standing by to shoot the center span. Anyone who gets down in the bend on the BR side like we would normally run it won’t recover.

Do you think we will be looking like another 2011 behind the levees?
