    Default Wylie 2-20-18

We finally got back out on wylie today from 1:30 till 4:30. Tried trolling for crappies for a short while but did not catch anything but a couple of perch. Started checking out some spots for perch & they were biting. We caught all out fish in 23' using minnows. I tried a spoon but nothing would hit it.

Most of our larger fish came from down around the mouth of Big Allison. We also caught 2 nice crappies while fishing for the perch. Had a lot of small ones mixed in the some large perch.

We ended up with over a 100 perch & 2 crappies. All will be at a fish fry soon.

    Interesting,
Is my plan so devastating to the fish population that staying home is the BETTER choice?
It’s the ultimate in catch and release!
