Default Lower Mountain Fork River, Broken Bow, OK

Since the Crappie fishing hasn’t been god lately on my Home lake decided to run up to LMFR and do a little fly fishing. Turned out to be a good day. Hooked up on 24 fish and netted 17. Had one completely break my tippet and my leader. Here is a few pics.

Man that is some BEAUTIFUL area up there! I would have a hard time fishing anywhere else if I was close enough to fish that on a regular basis! Thanks for sharing!

Hard to believe it’s only 3 hrs and 45 minutes away. I made a day trip out of it.

Excellent post! We used to take Grandkid’s when they were little. You could wear them trout out, they weren’t little stockers either.
