Default Doe Valley Lot - Free-

I have a building lot for sale in Doe Valley Subdivision in Brandenburg, KY. Owing a lot gives you access to all amenities there including use of the lake. I am only wanting the cost of transferring it from my name to yours. I have moved away from the area and do not use the lake any longer. The yearly dues are approx. $1300 / year.

Please contact me if you are interested. 270-668-7227

    Thanks,
    Richard

that's JUST my city tax, county tax is about 5 times more and then there's state also.
If the 1300 mentioned above is just a Home Owners Asso. fee then you have to add county and state taxes to that. Seems like an awful lot of money for a vacant lot to me.

    I'm like L79, though .... that 10hp limit is a deal breaker.
