Wondering how your fishing went today? did you leave Decatur and go into Limestone Bay? The fish are there.

I went and looked at a house this morning and got tied up making an offer and ran later in the day then I had planned and still had some work to do on the boat to be ready to go.....so long story shot my plans to go fishing were messed up. New batteries are installed, side imaging is now hooked up and boat is ready to go when I get the time. This reminds me why I like Kayak fishing....load the kayak, paddle, life jacket, rods and tackle go. But right now the water temperature is too low for me and the kayak.

I see. Well, good luck and maybe you can go today. The water temps in the bay were 36.67 near the ice and 38.74 in the channel. Chilly water, but the fish were there, and I guess a lot still are. Ice was melted and gone by the end of the day. Contact me sometime about going kayak fishing with you. I have one and am not that experienced fishing it in local waters.
