    Other than water depth, look to hire a guide the first day. Lots of great folks down there that will help make the rest of your trip enjoyable and successful!

    Me and my fishing partner took our first trip to Grenada the third weekend of March last year. Water level was still low and wind was blowing 20+. Even with the knowledge I received from the guys on here, it’s not a lake you want to learn how to fish alone. Spend the little extra and hire someone like Rees Guide. He was very helpful sharing info on here, so I’m sure he would on the water as well. I’ll definitely hire a guide for my second trip.

    It is cheaper to hire a guide to show you old #7 highway than to find it yourself . Trust me .

    I’ve seen some old photos that show three or four old road beds up by graysport bridge and other places idk if that what u talkin bout or not.

    Heh...saw a guy put a 150 Merc IN his boat after he hit Butputter creek bridge going about 50 mph.

    The bridge bannister was about 6" under...
