    Default Best pole

I saw a post previously on here and it seemed everyone agreed that ozark was the best jig pole. Their website says they are out of most poles. Any suggestions where I can get one? I like my 12 foot Sam Heaton super sensitive and 12 foot bucks gold poles by bnm. Want to try a ozark of comparable style.

Welcome aboard! And like Rees said try Grizzly Jig, never, never by direct from the manufacturer. You will end up paying a good deal more.

I agree with G. No “best” of anything. It’s what you like. Personally, I like Sam Heaton’s for jigging, and use Ozarks for slow trolling. BnM for pulling cranks. Grizzly jig is who I go to first for everything!

It's going to be hard to beat the poles you have now. I lean toward a bucks, myself.

I've got an ozark and its stayed in the dug out for 2 years. I don't think it's as sensitive as the poles you have. A can feel those light bites better with the bucks.
