Can you get a good, crispy thick crust on chicken?

Its crispy....it tastes great....but no...its not thick. These are not really fryers....they are small super duper convection ovens....high heat with the hot air being blown around the food by fans. I spray a light coat of olive oil on my chicken and then sprinkle ScottVs Lemon It seasoning on them.

This is what we have finally settled on https://www.cuisinart.com/products/t..._ovens/toa-60/ We have so little counter space that it just made sense plus we had 2 grandkids that got our toaster oven and air fryer pretty happy plus no more getting the air fryer down from a high shelve. Love an air fryer. We have moved into an apt in Meridian and sold our place in Collinsville to one of our grandson, mainly because I am unable to do my outside chores plus it is a lot closer to 1 of our daughters that does for us. Getting a new right knee the 18th to go with my new left knee and hip, Carol may need back surgery. She will find out on the 17th, pray for us. Falling apart.

    Prayers for you Steve.

I had my left knee replaced last January and was scheduled to have my right knee replaced last October but back pain changed that. I put off back surgery next month because it would ruin my crappie fishing. Hoping I can hold together until November.
