No the case is ok. The frame around Windows rotted out.

I have been replacing mine 3 at a time with Pella custom vinyl replacements! Easy to install in rough opening after you remove old unit. Trimmed out with vinyl exterior trim pieces! And you don’t have to mess with interior trim!

Lee we have the vinyl Windows and love them. 2 years old now and no drafts, fogging, or leaks. It's 17 degrees outside and I am mostly using my Valor gas logs for heat. The central units are set at 70 and only kick on once every hour or so. Name: IMG_1104.jpg
