Default Kayak Trip Report, Bradford Sinks

I gave Bradford on Redstone Arsenal a try today. The fish were scattered and a little slow, but the bite was steady all day. I kept a limit and returned many, many more for another day including 6 that were 15 inches or better. Most of the day I spent spider rigging 6 poles, 4 to 5 feet deep in 6 to 7 feet of water with White, 1/16oz marabou jigs. Finished the day single pole on laydowns and casting a small slider jig, both also caught fish. The water was clear with visibility of 24 inches plus and 39 degrees.

Nice work! I turned in my CAC yesterday. I got moved off base. I wish I'd fished out there once while I had the chance.
