Very nice boat but they are built for a short legged man. I have a 188C and the leg room is no comparison when you are at the console. I rode and sat in both and ended up with the 188C.

I was wanting to get some actual on the water reviews from actual fisherman on this boat or even the Ranger RT 198p. These two boats are 19ft long with Pad Hull design.
We are verse in techniques from single and two pole fishing, to spider rigging, and pulling crankbaits. Fish year round.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry thought it said 198. Had to read it again and seen the 190.

Both models were stated since I believe the hulls are the same.

I can't imagine a company treating a customer any better than Excel treated me over my cracked hull on my 2016 Bay Pro 203. They repaired my old hull so I could use it while they built my new replacement boat, picked my boat up here in Benton, took it to the factory in Mountain View, AR, un-rigged my old hull and re-rigged new hull, put old serial number on new hull so there was zero paper trail or taxes to pay (perfectly legal for factory to do that), then returned new hull with my gear on it to Benton.
I can imagine the crack in the hull was the culmination of hitting hundreds of 3-5 foot waves on KY Lake, many at high speeds. I plan on doing absolutely nothing different with the new hull.

Don’t forget about the War Eagle. They make as good an aluminum boat as there is. And Team Ward is 1st class.

I haven't researched the quality much but I've been researching the ride between all of the big three tin bay manufactures compared to the skeeter and Nautic star bay. I've set back and soaked up the info since I wrecked my G3 bay over a year ago. Actually talked to a guy in Texas that demoed a tin and glass on the same day that was windy. He purchased the glass on the spot. Not trying to sway you but just saying. I know the knew pads on the tin ride better but the tin may not hold up like the glass in big water. The tins are mid to upper thirties with a 150. I know a desler who has a 21' Nautic star with a 150 for 32,000. And the skeeter in 39-42 with a 150. Just saying again. I've done a lotta looking lately
