Yea, I think they were almost done with that segment by the time I typed it. They did say they won the best BBQ though so you are correct there. I did see all the wall covered with A&M memorabilia. Will have to check that out if I'm ever over that way.

That area is the oilfield from the go. Giddings, Rockdale, Dimebox, Caldwell, etc. If I recall, everything was sold by the pound. Sliced and ready to go by order. Reminds me of a BBQ place southwest of Pearland, the same way - sold by the pound. They cut it and served it on white butcher paper with plastic folks, knives, and paper towels - no plates nor napkins. That's Texas BBQ.
