how well does the ultrex hold vs the terrova on spot lock? and is it very noisy

Terrova I dunno. The Ultrex SpotLock is supposed to be improved and will hold in a 3 ft. circle. As far as noise, it's a Fortrex in disguise so I'm sayin' not noisy.
