Thread: Kidde fire extinguisher recall

As I checked my extinguisher in the 2013 Tracker I found that it was one that was recalled. It took more than 10 days to get replacement (20) but it is going back tomorrow. My neighbors was recalled as well so EVERYONE needs to check their extinguisher and if its a Kidde get on their recall web site and put in the information to see if its recalled. You don't want to in a situation to need it and it fail or if checked by Division of watercraft and pulled of water because your not sure if its recalled or even fined if they could check it to be recalled. Think spring as winter is just getting started.

I'd be upset as well but my boat is put away for the winter and all the gear is in my basement workshop till March .
