    Default Pheasants=Stew


    We've had nice weather past few days mid 20s and no wind, I took my hunting buddy for a little walk.
    Slow cooked the Pheasant breast about 6 hours and added the vegetables for the last 2.

    Looks Yummy! Nice pheasants. I like the old Winchester model 12 also.

    I've tried some semi auto loaders but the model 12 keeps luring me back.lol

    Man that looks good! I've always wanted to pheasant hunt looks like it's a blast. How are they pretty tasty?

    Yes, the breast meat is a nice white meat and thigh meat is darker and has a little more of a wild game taste, I cut it in small pieces to check for BBs, and as you know the crockpot makes anything tender

    Looks delicious! I miss pheasant hunting. It was always a thing we looked forward to.
