    Default Shout out to Minn Kota!


    Bought my on board charger April 2015. Heat sensor went out on one of the banks so I called Minnkota they said it had a three-year warranty. They sent me a FedEx label for shipping my old one to them. Said once my package showed to be shipped they would go ahead and ship a new one. 3 days and new one is here. Great customer service.

    Biggest crappie to date is 3 lb 9 oz at grenada in 1988. Still hangs on my wall.

    I had the same experience with Minn Kota about a year ago. Their service and willingness to work with customers is
    unbeatable.

    They replaced my obsolete 345 with a digital 345 a few months ago. Lots of $$ difference between the two. That's the reason both my motors (112 Rip Tide and 112 Terrova) and my on-boards are MinnKota and always will be.
