Speaking of moving, Ma Bell used to move us around a bit. After a few moves one of my friends postulated that "3 moves equal 1 fire".

Good idea. I ran into a couple fellows in Oct. cleaning fish at a landing. They had a plastic table and a small generator running to power their knives. Said they always cleaned them that way. By the way that is a nice fish and a pretty fishing partner.

I use a 12volt fillet knife and plug it into an accessory outlet in the boat. No need for a generator.

It works very well, would be very easy for a metal fab guy to make measurements and make their own. Also fits receiver hitches. I use the 12v cord and use the outlet next to my front depth finder and also have a cordless electric. I bought for shore lunches at remote lakes in MN. Fresh fish for lunch for the all day trips. The setup is nice to avoid a sore back as you stand and not bend over while filleting fish. Easily clean in Lake or garden hose as the board easily removes. I am sure the wife will appreciate the compliment. The Lake Wateree crappie are nice also, hoping to go catch some this weekend.
