I do have this mold it is fairly easy to make into two different colors I modified the rods so I have more of a solid head but anyway I take a razor blade and cut the head off with the rods back into the mold and shoot your second color is just a simple process there is nothing hard about it. jackie53 you are right on the cutter that's the Bush place to get one and that is the one that I used on cutting all my skirt tails . I do not recommend cutting the rods I done it because I wanted a solid or I should say a more solid head this is a very expensive mold what it is well worth the money after you get used to using it you can do quite a few different things again I do not recommend modifying the mold. and yes this mold has a solid or hollow head but I cut the rods back so I would have a more solid if you would like more instructions on modifying I would be more than happy to go into more detail.

We like the hollow tube on our lakes. We have lots of "Lure eating rock's".The jighead inside the tube with a #2 hook on a 2-2.5 in tube makes the tube just about weedless. The jighead out side of the tube is hang up city.Better make lots of them.My son inlaw went through close to 50 baits before he switched LOL.Lesson Learned.LOL.Luckly he knows a guy who makes them,Think Santa will bring him some.LOL
