Default My Blackshear Report Friday (17 Nov 17)

Carried neighbor to Blackshear last Friday. Little windy to begin but not bad later in the morning. Still fishing scattered Trash Piles along the channel but fish are beginning to move further away. We concentrated on 16-22 feet of water but caught few when we went deeper. We using 1/16 Litewirehooks, Tex's Jigs and #5 or #4 piece of lead. Get hung few times but still catching fish. Wound up with 34 for neighbors fish fry. As the weather cools will start fishing more in the channel......one day.

Yep.....long lined. Covered lots of water. Except for couple trash piles.....just kept on trolling.

I was wondering the same thing. Strange looking color to but could just be the light.
Fishing is like pizza.......Even when it's not that good, it's still pretty good!
