After being on the sidelines last weekend, reading all these reports about Monroe, just had to try my luck. Took a chance with the forecast for 15 mph winds & was glad I did, don't think she blew harder than 5 mph, until about 10am when the rain came through, was all I needed. Some good healthy fish made it to the boat & my test run using the rubber netting went flawless, no tangles or hook hang-ups. They were liking just about anything, beetle spins, road runners, & jigs.
