Thread: Wed ( 11-8) on Monroe

I got to the ramp around day light. I was about #8 in the lot. Today was going to be a little different for me, last time out my fish finder died on me. So today was going back to old school.

I set my drift up and made the long run across the north shore,but the fish were not there in the same numbers as last time. I did boat two in the first half hour but them I lost the school. I moved around to see if I could find them but I was not doing very well on the finding.

I headed over to the other end of the lake and tried there. I picked up two more on the trip but still no numbers. I had to leave early today for an appointment so I packed it in. But not before boating one more fish.


All in all I had 5 good size keepers, a few throw backs and a lot of short strikes today. Not bad !!

Nice catch being without a fish finder. I can hear your boat calling you, more money, more money lol.
