it's private. they ask for a fee, or purchase at the bait shop, but don't enforce it.

There was a boat accident on Talquin today. 2 boats collided and a little boy was ejected from one of them. There is a search going on with helicopters and other resources. It doesn’t look good. You might pray for the family
