    Who's thinking about walking on water and pulling slabs out of a hole? I sure have been, hoping for good ice this year.

    Sure would like to get back into some of that fun this winter. Not being a lightweight, I always want to hear 6" of clear ice in place before seriously thinking about it. Caught a nice fish fry's worth (likely to be coconut crappies) of keepers at Shenango on Friday before the foul weekend weather. Hoped to see Chauncy, but did not see him in action.

    My wife got me a new ice auger 2 years ago for Christmas and I have only got to use it twice. I love fishing Pymatuning for slabs and big perch. I hope its cold enough to make ice.
