Thread: Fishing with my Son Today, PRICELESS!

Well, it's been more years than I care to remember, when my youngest Son and I used to go fishing.

I knew he was excited, when I knocked on his door this morning and said, it's Crappie Time, and he immediately came out!

Had the boat all hooked up, minners in the cooler and lunch made, just need some coffee and we're good to go.

The plan today, I was going to play fishing guide and hopefully put my Son on some fish. He had never heard of Spider Rigging, so I put him up front and started him out with just two rods. After a few minutes I increased this to four rods and the fun began. We laughed, had tears in our eyes, and the memories are just that, "MEMORIES". What a FUN day, he caught on quickly, not to say, we didn't have a couple of tangles, but hey that goes with the game.

Morning was overcast and a little windy, wind calmed down with just a ripple on the water, water temps were 74, moving .2-.3mph, 8-10 fow, chart Shinnee Hinnee tipped with minnows.

My Son ended up with 10 really nice ones we brought home, caught a total of 20.

What more could a DAD ask for??
