    Default Lac Des Allemands

I was able to wiggle away from work yesterday and had a decision to make between Verret and Des Allemands.
I haven't been to Des Allemands since early March and with the recent posts I decided to give it a try.

Wind was blowing 8-10 out of the east which made for a bumpy ride but nothing compared to the poor guy in the 17 ft aluminum flat bottom.
Fished the a few of the bayous on the north end of the lake.
All but one sac was caught on a road runner in 4-5 ft of water, they all came in some pretty dark water but it had some flow from the wind.
The bream came from same general areas and they were fierce and hungry. I must have caught 30 bream, mostly small but most had great color to them. I could catch the bream on any colors is wanted to, just one of those days.Name: IMG_1978.jpg
