Too nice of a day to anything but spend it at the lake. Hit some different areas than Monday and happened across some that were very cooperative. Once again no monsters today but the number of fat fish at or a little over 13" is terrific right now. Did a bunch of scanning and fun fishing after I filled up the box and finished off the day taking my wife and daughter for a ride and a little eagle watching. Full day and I am worn out but I love fall on the Twins.

Hah it's an old beach towel that somehow made its way to my lair.
Forgot to mention my daughter had her first encounter with the infamous silver carp. Although they didn't come in the boat with us, as she was helping me idle along looking for eagles a nice silver took flight and cannonballed right next to us sending plenty of that nice Barkley water all over us and in her mind some carp juice as well. She was not impressed,she takes her school duds pretty serious. Funny stuff, you would just have to know her but she is 12 and all girl. After that I showed her what they looked like on SI and she was ready when we got into them again.
