    Default Thurs (10/12) Grenada

What a difference 24 hours can make. Went to bed last night with a Roaring north wind that the weather stations called SE 1 to 3. On this hill at Hugh White is was 10 plus due north with waves lapping at the rip rap below. Anyways it was cool the morning and foggy when we got on the lake. Water temp down from 78 to 74.6. Fish had LOCKJAW. Seriously, I thought we had been teleported to Arkabutla. Not a bite in 4 hours. Out of 5 or so boats saw 1 dink caught. Tried and found jacks slough but fishing report is crap saying they are biting there. Not enough water. Finally about 3 pm got into a few white and striped bass (tiny) and 3 or 4 tiny crappie up towards skuna. One barely bigger than minnow. By 5 we said enough and called it quits. Will try again in the morning. Not used to zero bites here

I Musta went to close to North abutment are thinking that Jack slough was closer to that I know you told me it was due north. Is Jack slow going up the Skuna river on say the west side?

From that waypoint, NNE. Torrence is on the lakeside of that hump about 2.5 miles up.
