Just so you know draw down is going to be earlier this year it will start tomorrow 10/2. It is earlier so than can begin work on new boat ramp.

Actually, according to the COE chart below, normal draw down time starts in mid Sept : (notice the green line)



Where is this "new boat ramp" gonna be ?? Haven't seen/heard anything about any new ramps on Cave Run.

I'm doing fine, buddy. May have to hit a lake or two before the end of the month, then maybe head south to Tenn & see what the Slabs are doing at Watts Bar ... ... but if this weather stays as warm as it has been, that trip may not take place until Nov.

I am going South tomorrow Lake Wateree SC. I think the temps going be in the 80's all week. See lot of night fishing coming on. I would love go to big lakes and the fish biting good for once.

Doin good I am wound for sound Heading to KY Lake for a few days this weekend and beginning of next week taking the family gonna have a ball.

Wolfman I would say start out straight out from the Clay Lick boat ramp look at you lake map and you will see a sharp bend in the main lake channel draw an imaginary line between boat ramp and that bend there is a bunch of brush piles there in line. I don't know how you fish but you can spider rig t or I see a lot of guy anchor out from them and slip float fish and work their way from pile to pile.
