Can you share a heading sensor connected to a Helix with a Onix unit?

Yes ...(unless it's the rare case where the AS GPS HS antenna is wired to a non-ethernet capable HELIX 5 or 7) ...

First time I had heard that ... I always thought the Helix and Onix only shared waypoints. Didn't realize the GPS could be shared between the 2.

Ya know Bob. You may be right. I may be incorrect about HELIX and ONIX sharing GPS ...

I'll check over at BBC with the guys that actually have both ...

My statement was incorrect ... (thanks to Bob for input that made me go verify with someone that has both HELIX and ONIX) ...

ONIX or SOLIX cannot "see" an external GPS (thru Ethernet) that is connected to the HELIX ...
