Very nice JR, looks just like my pot and burner, do mine outside as well. That infrared thermometer is excellent. Always wanted one of those - cheap?

Nice setup, I can see a delicious meal in the making.
I have one of those thermometers too. They work great on checking your hub and bearing temps on a long trip. Lets you know way in advance that something need attention.
