    I'm gonna try this recipe...always made em like salmon croquets. This sounds good.

    Looks good. I add some green (scallion) and white onion and maybe some jalapenos. For some dipping sauce I mix mayo and Sriracha sauce and a little dill. Actually, a lot of people don't know how good that boiled crappie can be. Boil it and cool as you said and sprinkle some creole seasoning and maybe butter and eat it like an appetizer on crackers. Good stuff.
